Cancellation Policy

1. CANCELLATION UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE THE TOUR If the Customer decides to cancel the tour up to 7 days before the start date of the tour, the Supplier will be entitled to receive the full compensation agreed for the service. Consequently, the Customer will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid. 2. CANCELLATION FROM 10 TO 8 DAYS BEFORE THE TOUR In the event of cancellation communicated by the Customer from 10 to 8 days before the start date of the tour, the Supplier will be entitled to receive 50% of the amount paid by the Customer. Therefore, the Customer will not be entitled to any refund for the difference. 3. CANCELLATION FROM 11 TO 14 DAYS BEFORE THE TOUR If the cancellation is communicated by the Customer between the eleventh and fourteenth day before the start of the tour, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
